This insurance indemnifies an
Insured against legal liability to pay compensation in respect of personal
injury or property damage that occurs during the period of insurance and
arising in connection with the business provided that the personal injury
or property,
damage is not caused by one of the excluded circumstances. In addition to
compensation payable, the policy also provided defence costs even if the
action against you is groundless, false or fraudulent provided that an excluded
circumstance does not apply. |
